Our Fee for Service (FFS) offering provides a dedicated project team to cater to our client's specific needs. Leveraging their prior literature and knowledge, our experienced team will execute established research objectives and carry out minimal optimization as required. With a focused approach, we ensure that our team dedicates their efforts to one project at a time, maintaining utmost attention to detail. Any changes in the project plan will be addressed through a change order prior to execution, ensuring transparency and effective communication. To facilitate a smooth process, a portion of the fees will be paid at project initiation, while the remainder will be paid upon completion and delivery of pre-established milestones. Regular bi-weekly project calls and updates keep our clients informed about the progress, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership.
Our Full Time Equivalent (FTE) model offers dedicated employees who work exclusively on one or more of our client's projects. This flexibility allows us to adjust project priorities or seamlessly switch to different projects as needed. We specialize in taking on challenging projects with limited available literature, conducting extensive literature reviews and collaborating with our client's team to establish a clear project plan. Our agile approach enables us to quickly adapt to changes in project plans without the need for formal change orders. Fees are charged monthly based on the number of FTEs dedicated to the client's projects. To ensure effective communication, we conduct weekly project calls to provide updates and address any concerns or questions.
